💔 Hurtful:

▪️ "You brought this on yourself" (even when I didn’t).
💌 Healing:
▪️ "I hear you" (no judgment, just presence).
▪️ "You’re not alone" (the simplest way to comfort).
▪️ "I believe in you" (especially when I doubt myself).
