My suggestion is to play each round until 7 bomb points appear or until someone explodes. They cannot stop before.
If the sub explodes they roll 2 punishments and if the Dom explodes the sub can take off one punishment or they can roll on a separate table if one is created for the Dom.
If you're playing without a sub/Dom aspect or playing with multiple partners creating a table everyone can use is also fun. This game really does lend itself to being used with groups.
Every game should have end conditions so the winner should always get something extra, be that their choice of punishment to a loser or a choice of position to finish the encounter. The key is always communication and consent!
