I've not been well past 2 days.. had a hangover then got food poisoning from pizza hut takeout, think it was probly the salad :( Any way just wanted to let u all know, I'm not ignoring u I've just been ill Had a bit of a workout just now but still bit weak... was intending to make u a nice video tonight , will see if I'm still feeling ok wen I get home I will xxxxx ..
