I took the past week to focus on fueling my body because I was losing weight again. This means I was super bloated all week and I’d rather not worry about how I look at all during recovery. If you don’t know, I suffered with an eating disorder in the past and have been stuck in the weight restoration process for over a year. Good news is I’ve gained about 5 or 6 lbs and am now out of the danger zone :)
