It's Thirsty & Hungry Thursday with your chef, Riley Parks ;) I'm not solely hungry for dicks, I eat other things than dicks and pussies, even if it doesn't always look like it LOL! Summer is coming up, and everyone knows that I love a good burger. One particular twist I love on burgers is using ground turkey meat. It's leaner and healthier, so you can have a burger where you don't feel guilty. One guilty burger a week, and another not guilty one. Isn't it the best? haha I've been doing this recipe for YEARS now. I can't even remember where I saw it first, but it has been a hit with everyone I've shared it with. It's pretty spicy, but with the avocado, it's just the right heat. Anyways, I'm doing them on Saturday, and I've just bought the ingredients earlier today, so I thought I'd share with you my recipe! Is that something you'd be willing to try? Let me know in the comment section! ps: I apologize for the lack of paragraph space. I know, it looks like a mess. Not sure what Onlyfans problem is lately with that! INGREDIENTS Servings: 4 Patties 1 pound ground turkey ⅓ cup red onion, minced 1 jalapeño pepper, minced 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1½ teaspoons cumin 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking) Toppings Sesame seed bun Shredded lettuce Sliced tomato Pepper Jack cheese Avocado PREPARATION Place turkey, onion, jalapeño, and spices together in a large bowl and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Lightly wet your hands and use them to shape 4 circular patties about 4 inches in diameter. Heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook burgers for 2 minutes on the first side, then flip, lower heat to low, and cook them for an additional 5-6 minutes. Assemble the burgers with the cheese, sliced avocado, lettuce and tomato! Enjoy!
