#MindfulMonday with Riley Every Monday, I'm telling you some practices and techniques that I have tried to feel more zen, less anxious, and to be in a better mental state. Remember, I do not have the answers to all the questions. I don't even have answers to most of the questions. And I don't think that I am "better" than anyone because I practice those. Working on yourself isn't about being better than someone. It's about finding what works for YOU. The ultimate goal is always happiness (in my book). And the less anxious, stressed and angry I am, the happier I can feel. I've read many blogs and books. Sometimes, what the author was suggesting sounded utterly crazy. And yet, it worked for me. Sometimes, it seemed like such a good idea. And yet, it didn't do anything to me. But how can you know it? By trying it! That's the only way. I guess that what I am trying to say is that we all have different journeys, needs, and goals. I know that most of you do NOT give a flying fuck about my #MindfulMondays. And that's okay. You might not need it or want it now (or ever). But MAYBE, just MAYBE, one day you will need it and you will remember something that dear old Riley had suggested back in the days. And I figured that there is already SO MUCH daily porn on my Onlyfans that having a Mindful post once a week can't hurt anyone AND might help someone. Okay, so I will end this #MindfulMonday with a simple application suggestion. I am practicing meditation from time to time, and the best app I've found for this is called Breethe. I use it 4-5 times a week. They have tutorials on breathing techniques (just as my previous post!). They have music to relax, guided meditations, etc. They have a 14-days trial and I do not get anything by promoting them! LOL I just like using this app :) So if you ever feel like trying meditation or wanted to see what it was all about, check it in your app store and give it a go :) https://breethe.com
