***We Ask Riley Wednesday*** This week's question... ***I'm not that good in the kitchen. Do you have an easy recipe that could impress a girl?*** I LOVE Mac N Cheese. Hell, I can't find a girl who doesn't like Mac N Cheese. I don't have a problem having the premade stuff, but sometimes, I like to make a "pimp my Mac N Cheese" version of it! Oh, and it's pretty simple to make! Anyone can do this! I've served it SEVERAL times to guests, and they all raved about it. Ingredients: 1/2 TBSP butter About 8 fresh sage leaves 1 garlic clove, sliced 1 cup heavy cream 2 cups grated Grana Padano or parmesan (I REALLY recommend the Grana Padano, though) Pancetta (or bacon) Pasta of your choice Start by cooking your pancetta or bacon in the pan, until it's crispy. Make it rest and chop it finely. In a sauté pan, brown butter with sage until almost brown – don't burn. Add garlic in the last minute. Add cream and bring to a boil. Add cheese and simmer until melted. Season with white pepper keeps it warm. Cook the pasta of your choice. Spread the delicious cheese fondue on the pasta, sprinkle with the chopped pancetta (or bacon). Want to make it even fancier? Bake some extra sage leaves in the pan with some oil (1 minute, max). Leave them on top of the fondue. Call it "Pasta with Cheese Fondue and a pancetta crumble, served with crispy sage leaves." You're welcome ;) Seriously, it takes about 15 minutes to do and it's really good lol I'm doing it from time to time just for myself :)
