First question... ***Wed. here and once again we are given the keys to the kingdom and then just stare like deer in headlights. Ask Her a Q!! You’ve been in the business for a while, what keeps you going/motivated?*** Like any other job, money! LOL let's be honest, as much as I love my job, money is a pretty good incentive to stay motivated! I'm not only talking about my own income, but about how I can organize charity events and fundraisers to be able to give back to the palliative care home and a few other causes I really care about. Also, I could never handle having a boss. I'm too bossy for that lol! So my freedom is a pretty good motivation as well. HOWEVER - as corny as this will sound - I could never stay motivated without a few amazing friends I've made over the years. They make me smile, and they find a way to make me feel better on some of those days. Don't forget, my job is 90% trolls, 10% good guys lol! So it can be quite hard to handle sometimes without the good guys around ;)
