


Overnight oats?!!! They are so essential and super easy for a delicious morning☀️ meal that gives lots of rich fibre and protein content. It’s so fricken easy and super healthy. ?? ?Ingredients? 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats ? 1/2 cup milk (whichever type you prefer) ? 1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup/ or honey ? 1-2 teaspoon chia seeds 1/3 cup blueberries ?Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours and up to 4 day? When you are serving?, it is optional but recommended to add any of these: fresh fruit?, any kind of nuts?, nut butters?, beet powder, granola, ect or yogurt like I did!! ?
