Mexico Day 1! 🌴✨

Landed bright and early at 8 AM today, and oh my gosh, we were starving 😅 The shuttle took us straight to the hotel, and our first stop was the breakfast buffet. Safe to say, we didn’t hold back—who could when everything looked so good? 🥐☕🍳

After breakfast, we decided to explore the resort a bit and just take it all in. It’s soooo pretty here! 🌺🏖️ Everything feels like a tropical dream. At 3 PM, we finally checked into our room, and the first thing I did? Headed straight to the beach! 🌊✨ We lounged on the chairs under the warm sun, and I may or may not have taken the best nap of my life 😴💤

Afterward, it was back to the room for a nice, refreshing shower, followed by some quiet time with my book. 📚 It felt so relaxing to unwind like that. Dinner tonight was supposed to be Asian cuisine, but... let’s just say it wasn’t exactly my favorite 🙈 Better luck tomorrow, right? 😂

Feeling so excited to see what tomorrow brings—this place already feels like a little slice of paradise! 🥰🌟

Gym progress! Went to the gym the other day and had a great workout! I leg pressed 500 lbs (shown in the video) and I even hit new PR of 550 though it wasn’t shown in the video (>_<). I hip thrusted 115 lbs (the angle of this video is uhhhh sus 😳 right between my legs my butt is CLENCHINGGG) and I’m slowly working my way up! I ended my workout with a nice stretch… look how flexible I am 🤭

Landed in Toronto today around 2 PM, and it’s already been such a fun and festive day! 🎄✨ After checking into the cutest little Airbnb (seriously, it’s so cozy here 🥺), I headed straight to the Christmas market at the Distillery District. It was magical—twinkling lights everywhere, the smell of fresh pine, and all the holiday vibes you could ever want! 🌟

I treated myself to some hot chocolate to warm up (it was soooo good, I didn’t want it to end 😌☕) and a beef brisket sandwich that was chef’s kiss delicious. Can you tell I’m already loving the food scene here? 😏💕

Then came the highlight of the day… a Taylor Swift scavenger hunt! 🕵️‍♀️✨ I was running around trying to solve clues, and it honestly felt like being in one of her songs. So much fun and such a cool way to explore the area!

After all that excitement, I headed back to the Airbnb to wind down and get ready for tomorrow’s big event. I spent the evening making friendship bracelets for the concert—gotta show up prepared, right? 🎶💖 Can’t wait to share more tomorrow, but for now, I’m off to bed with a happy heart and even happier vibes ✨💤

Started my day with a big grocery run! 🍅🥬 I try to do my gro..

Started my day with a big grocery run! 🍅🥬 I try to do my groceries once a week, so today was all about finding the best stuff to keep me going for the next few days. My mission? Smoked salmon for those delicious smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber sandwiches I’ve been craving… perfect little snacks for the week ahead 😌🥒🧄 (And can we just take a moment for my ginger being exactly $0.69… some things are just meant to be 😏).

After stocking up, I met up with a few friends for a spin class! 🚴‍♀️💦 I love starting my day with a workout—it’s like a little extra boost of motivation. Today’s class was no joke, though. My legs were seriously shaking by the end! But the best part? My friend surprised me with a matcha latte after class 💚 It was like the perfect reward after pushing through such a tough workout (and honestly made it all so much more worth it!).

Once I got home, I decided it was finally time to give my latest obsession another try... focaccia bread! 🍞✨ I’ve been on this little journey to make the perfect focaccia, and this is my third attempt 😅 My last batch was good, but I used regular flour instead of bread flour, so I’m experimenting this time to see if that makes a difference. Trying to get that fluffy, chewy texture with a golden crust… fingers crossed that third time’s the charm!

So after all that waiting, I finally got to see the results! The focaccia came out of the oven looking amazing—golden, fluffy, and just begging to be eaten 😍🍞 Baking is totally like a science, but it’s sooo satisfying when it all comes together just right. I think this might be my best batch yet… what do you think? Should I try a different recipe next time? 😁💖

Had such a fun day out with my close friends! 🥰 Started with lunch where we found this amazing ramen spot—definitely had to snap some pics (both the ramen and me, obviously 😌📸). The food was sooo good, perfect way to start our day out together! 🍜✨

After lunch, we wandered around the mall, and I spotted a few books I really want to read! Didn’t buy them yet, though… I’m saving them as a treat for myself when I feel extra proud ☺️📚 I found The Blue Hour by Paula Hawkins and Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo (omg can’t wait to read this one!!) and Apprentice to the Villain. Might have to come back and grab them soon!

Oh, and I finally got my hands on that TikTok-famous Dubai chocolate!! 🍫 Was it life-changing? Hmm, kinda mid tbh 😂 but at least I got to try it, right? And for dinner… hotpot!! 🍲 We had to order a minimum of 1 lb of food, and I ended up getting exactly 1.055 lbs 😳 Close call, but I made it hehe.

Overall, such a good day with lots of laughs, yummy food, and little treats I wanna spoil myself with later 💖 Can’t wait to hang out like this again soon!

Hit the gym and filmed some proof that I can actually leg press over 400 lbs! 😳 Feeling strong and a little proud tbh. Even managed a new personal record—500 lbs! (unfilmed, but trust me, it happened hehe) 💪✨

I’m really starting to love challenging myself in the gym. There's something about pushing my limits and surprising myself with what I can do. I think I want to make this a regular thing, get even stronger, and see what else I’m capable of (>_<) 🏋️‍♀️💕

Any gym buddies out there? Let’s keep each other motivated!!!
