I'll keep trying to get at least 4 posts out per month, and I'll try to anticipate/communicate schedule changes at least three days in advance. Or maybe I'll just throw a post out about where I am in the process 3 days before the scheduled release date. Chapters will more or less stick to around this same pace, but it should be a bit better next month since I won't be out of town at all. Nothing drastic will change as I'm already putting these out about as fast as I can, but I'll shoot to do my AI training arc in March so I can maybe speed the process along or make higher-quality stuff. If anything, Stable diffusion is great with the fanfic stuff and I should be able to put out that content much more quickly.

Cooked Schedule Update + Delays Part 3: Going Forward If anything needs to change (other than my overly optimistic schedules) it's the rate at which content is released. I am literally making myself sick with how much I work and I make very little time for hobbies anymore because I always feel like I'm behind schedule (which I usually am.) I really don't want to abandon the "one chapter per week" mentality but it's getting harder and harder for me as I start to get more anal with the post-editing and greedy with the base image generations. I'm burning probably hundreds of dollars in Anlas each month for generatons and it might be better to switch to a "3 chapters + random fun stuff" monthly format for mental, physical, and financial reasons. However, I'm sticking to the weekly format for now and I'll try to find some level of consistency going forward. Cooked will be out soon, and I'll work my ass off to have OP and possibly-but-not-likely Tsunade out by the end of the month. I'm always thinking of you guys and how I can deliver the best content to you. I don't blame anyone for being mad as I understand the frustration of looking forward to something only to have it pushed back at the last second, and I really don't want to shut down discussion as I try and welcome everyone's opinions/suggestions here, but this perceived image many of you have of me being a lazy liar is just not true and I'm sick of seeing it. I am still very much working towards the day where I'm an AI wizard and can guarantee a release on the same day every week. I'll eventually make time for my Stable Diffusion training and I've already begun to poke around with more of the complex stuff and other models. I'll keep trying to get at least four 30 page releases out every month (and maybe even the mythical 5th release,) so I do hope you all stick around for the content and I'll also put some more work into branching out to other places with a better revenue-split so I can afford to lower the sub cost. (Fansly would still be my main though)

Cooked Schedule Update + Delays Part 2: Apology + Nonapology But now that it's the end of the 20th and I'm reviewing what I've done, I'm doubtful I'll be able to release cooked in full on the 21st. I'm thinking that I'll work through the day and try and have 20 pages ready to go by 5pm PST with the rest going up late Wednesday. I know it's frustrating that the schedule keeps being changed, but I want you all to know that it's not from a lack of trying. I normally go at a rate of one chapter per week because it's tougher for me to go any faster. So far this month we were still on pace for a release every 7 days, and only now with CC's full release being pushed back to the 22nd is there really a "content delay." My issue is that I shouldn't have promised the 17th or 20th in the first place so I could account for delays and problems on my end- that's my bad and I apologize. But the schedule overpromising is the only thing I'm apologizing for this month. I have been working my ass off this month even through getting sick off of LA air quality, and I've posted both a larger monthly release and a larger weekly release in the span of 14 days. I treat this like my full-time job and have been putting in waaay more than 40 hours each week over here, constantly pulling all-nighters, and I hate these insinuations that I'm being lazy or faking an illness to get out of work. Everyone has a demanding job, I'm not trying to farm sympathy here and I'm sure many of you work way harder than I do; but I'm trying my best and grinding to get you content so I'd appreciate it if you at least waited until the end of the month to evaluate the volume of chapters/releases. So far, I think this month has been fine enough personally.

Cooked Schedule Update + Delays Part 1: Explanation Hey everybody, I know a lot of you are disappointed over the delays, so I'll be a little more transparent with why things are the way they are this month. I figured I could get out some quick WIP before I left for LA on the 7th (20 pages), but that ended up not being the case as I started to get really picky aboutt he story-telling so I kept adding to it. I ended up working through the con to try and not let it affect the release schedule this month but I still wasn't able to get it out until the day AFTER I got back; so Cooked ended up losing a day in the process. Once again, I wasn't planning on working during the con anyways so it wasn't much time taken away from Cooked overall. I figured the 35 pages short stories/WIP was worth the wait, but as it wasn't on the original schedule I can see why you guys would be disappointed. After that, I was just fatigued from con and I had a lot of stuff I needed to deal with irl so I spent another day not working on Cooked, but I was still hopeful I get it out by the 20th (4 days from then.) I sent a message out about the delay and kept chugging along. From there though, things just did not seem to go my way with the generations, and progress was extremely slow. Lots of group shots being annoyingly stubborn and I've been having a lot of time with the NovelAI backend (especially today.) I sent a message that the 20th was probably a no-go but I admittedly sent it out very late on the 19th. I can understand why many of you are upset and that's my bad.

Short Stories and Previews 5 ***(GRAPHIC CONTENT WARNING)*** Read below! Ignore at your own risk! Here's the short-form content promised so many moons ago: Two one-page previews, and three short tales of feminization. I'll post the Table of Contents below, but before that- a warning: As a heads up! The Lee story gets DARK! My darkest stuff since the graphic surgeries I used to include in my early content. Now, there's no gore, and many of you might read the story and think "Psh this isn't that bad~" which is the same mindset I'm in personally. But I KNOW a lot of you guys don't want things to go that dark, so if you don't want to see something along the lines of, idk, a character's body being horribly mutilated, I'm posting a version of the story WITHOUT the graphic pages in question. The dropbox link for the safe version will contain a ZIP and PDF with a (safe) tag on it so you'll know you're in the right place. Also, the Lee story ends up having an ok ending anyways. The safe version simply skips pages 33 and 34 to get to the finale. So if you do end up getting jump scared by page 33, read on to page 35 and you'll probably feel a little better. Now, why did I make the Lee story like this even though I feel 60+ percent of you won't like the ending? Well, it originally was a story just meant for me, and I ended up having to add a lot of pages to make the story fit a decent narrative. It was originally like, 6 pages, but it was extended to 18 including the text page. Lots of story, and I was already in too deep to back out, so it had to stay. Pages 9-14: Ron Weasley goes into deep cover to uncover what the girls of Beauxbaton are planning for the tri-wizard cup. He gets caught of course... Page 15: Office Politics Act 3 Teaser/Preview Page 16: One-off Code Geass image (Another Milly's Replacement Teaser potentially) Page 17-23: A misunderstanding leads to Rock Lee waking up dressed as Sakura while he recovers from his injuries. Both his injuries and his feminization deeply worsen (Very dark.) These ideas are mostly Fanfic and kind of all over the place thematically as most them were made for myself rather than to appeal to a general audience, but hopefully one or two them suit your fancy. About the Monthly Early Access release: For those of you new to my Fansly system, I try and release a shorter chapter of around 20 pages once per month as early access for the higher tiers. The story, "Tsunade" in this instance, is locked to the "Donation" and "Fast Pass" tiers for one week, and then I release it to everybody afterwards. Everyone eventually gets the story, and I'm more motivated to try and complete 5 releases per month. It hasn't been going very smoothly lately so I'm going to try and release Tsunade part 4 at the end of the month rather than well into the first week like Tsunade 3, but it might get pushed back. I don't give the higher tiers a whole lot of special treatment or perks so I figured an early release is the least I can do for all the people who pay more for hardly any additional benefits. (I used to give out commissions but it ended up consuming way too much time. I've also considered releasing WIP or unused images to them too but honestly the quality is pretty bad on those most of the time.) If anyone has a good suggestion or compromise on what to do for the higher tiers I'm all ears. I don't want to screw over the "Full Acess" tier since I think $7 is very high for a monthly sub, but I also want to give something extra to the many people who have given a bit more for often zero benefits. Not only that, but a lot of the $10 and $13 guys have been around since my time on "other sites" and have been screwed out of their sub every time I got banned (that poor second DA acount didn't even last a month...) Yet they STILL subscribe to the higher tier over here too. It's a big motivator for me and I appreciate the support. Anyways though, look forward to some great stuff this month and I'll have something out for you soon!

Tsunade is coming along just fine, and will likely be a late Monday/Early Tuesday release for the Fast Pass and Donation Tiers. Had bit of an issue with my health (hence the "not feeling too well" message) but it was nothing too serious and I bounced back pretty quickly. *Check one post down to find out more on how my Monthly Early Access releases work.* So as for the WIP and the late CC release: I'm going to a convention for the weekend but I still want to get something out for everyone before I leave on Wednesday. I have a few unused ideas that I've been cooking up and thought it would be fun to compile them into some short stories of between 3-6 images. I'm hoping I can get at least 20 pages done, but it might be a little less depending on if Tsunade has any hiccups. Also, I'll throw in a little teaser to the new "season" of Office Politics that alludes to some of the challenges Conor will be facing in the final act. It's gonna be a while before the next part of OP since we did like three in a row, but I feel bad about leaving you guys on that cliffhanger for so long while Conor's fate is so murky. I'll post a kind of Cover image to Act 3 for sure. Like always, the schedule is a set of goals for me more than set release dates. I might be off by a day or two considering the complications of certain images in the generator, but rest assured I'll be chugging along trying to get these out ASAP. Ricky finally tells Conor the honest truth and reveals 'Cindy's' ultimate fate, but in the end, maybe Ricky isn't the only one with big plans... Schedule Poll OP 18 is in production and is up next for sure, but what did you all want to see after that? Conor's 'final' day will definitely be a two-parter, so I was thinking of cracking out another OP ASAP; but it has been a while since I threw out the Tsunade monthly... and CC chapters have only been coming out once a month too. So which version of the schedule do you guys want to see? I will say that since Tsunade has been pushed back so much and it is a quicker chapter to make, I'll probably put one out right after these four releases as well. So if you vote for Tsunade to be last in the month then there will probably be back-to-back releases of Tsunade. Personally, I'm voting for "OP 18, Tsunade, OP 19, Cooked," to give a bit myself a bit of an OP breather + give you guys a bit more time to digest the latest OP chapter, but ultimately I'll leave it up to you all. It's unfortunately fairly common for me to be 1-3 days off the target date lately. If this problem persists, I might start sticking to a stricter schedule by just releasing the work I've finished on every promised post-day. This would mean chapters of 20-25 pages posted once a week on set days rather than the 30-31 pages I try and post every 7-9 days. For flow and story reasons, it's very unsatisfying for me to release a chapter 2/3 of the way finished; but we'll see how it is going forward. I do think that releasing OP 15 and 16 with most of the pages done was better than keeping everyone waiting for another couple days. Hey everybody. Honestly, as a tutorial for NovelAI it's kind of mid, and I acknowledge that I probably glossed over some things I should've taken more time on. I could have talked more about tag engineering, different models and samplers, editing steps/noise/strength of images etc., but I knew the video was going to drag so I skipped a lot. Even so, I end up kind of dragging it out a bit especially while I'm showing OP 15 images, so I recommend setting the video speed to 1.5 speed or skipping to the parts you want to see. Also, I included a ZIP file with all of the Cindy images that didn't make the cut (it's 1700 images- youve been warned.) Consolidated Archive + OP 15 Preview I decided to set up a more professional archive space so newer subscribers can access all my previous works without having to scroll down for ten minutes. Plus I'll add in an OP preview for fun. The archive will be password-protected and I'll change the password at the start of each month. I'm only going to update the content within once per month, so you'll still need to be subscribed to see the links for the latest content. About this folder: The folder is separated into 5 different sections based on age or content. 1. Model V1 Stuff (Old): All of this has been uploaded for free somewhere or was on the old Patreon. I was a lot less picky/more lazy back then and a lot of this stuff is very rough, but I still like a good amount of it. The only exception is that Crossplay Part 2 is in there which is a newer story. 2. Model V2 and V3: Newer stories that have been completed. They may use a combination of different models since they're so long, but a good amount of them use the newer model. I recommend reading the Original Gyaru story before checking out the "Alternate Only" folder. 3. Ongoing: Self-explanatory. 4. One-Shots + Short Stories: There's all sorts of stuff in here. I like most of it, but a lot of it does feel lazy or incomplete. I might expand on some of these ideas someday or add a few images to "Reclassed!" in particular. The Poll Previews are in here too. 5. Graphic Content: Sooo back in the V1 days, I had a um... "different" kind of way I'd end stories sometimes. The guy would get a full sex change surgery and I'd show all the details to the best of the AI's ability. Semi-Conscious forced sex change surgeries are still very fun imo, but I did not need to show as much as I did- many viewers were not pleased. I still like these stories, but they get bloody.
